You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties and have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

For e-commerce transaction records, we retain data for up to 7 years to comply with standard accounting and tax requirements. Controls for do-not-track features
We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals, as no uniform standard for recognizing such signals has been finalized. If a standard is adopted that we are required to follow, we will update this notice accordingly.

Do California residents have specific privacy rights?
Yes. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California residents may submit requests by emailing contact@ditch.la. We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
