For e-commerce transaction records, we retain data for up to 7 years to comply with standard accounting and tax requirements. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your data, transmission to and from our Site is at your own risk.

Controls for do-not-track features

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals, as no uniform standard for recognizing such signals has been finalized. If a standard is adopted that we are required to follow, we will update this notice accordingly.

Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

Yes. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents may submit requests by emailing contact@ditch.la. We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
