SHIPPING TIMES

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 1–5 weeks for your order to arrive. Shipping times can vary based on demand and carrier conditions. We post regular shipping updates — and any delays — on our Instagram.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order timelines

Pre-orders require additional time for production and fulfillment. Please allow 4–9 weeks from the time of purchase. Delays are more common with pre-orders, and we will keep you updated via Instagram if timelines shift.

If we exceed the estimated wait time, you may request a refund by contacting us at contact@ditch.la.

ORDER CHANGES

Modifying or cancelling an order

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

RETURNED PACKAGES

Package returned to sender

If your order is returned to sender for any reason, we are not able to take responsibility for the package. To have it reshipped, you will need to purchase a shipping label and send it to us at contact@ditch.la or through our Discord server.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties and customs fees

International customers may be subject to customs duties and import fees upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control and we are not able to cover or estimate them in advance.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any additional costs that may apply.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Carrier responsibility

We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen during shipment. Once a package has been scanned by the carrier, it is under their jurisdiction and outside of our control.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please open an investigation directly with your carrier.
